Keto-friendly chocolate cake pops are yummy zero sugar chocolate covered pops that are super easy for kids (or adults 😉 to make and even more delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop MCT Powder @ballisticketo
  • 1/8 Cup Almond Flour @bobsredmill
  • Sweetener to Taste @sukrinusa
  • Splash of Vanilla
  • Pinch of Salt @redmondrealsalts
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ bar of @thegoodchocolate

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a bowl (except chocolate)

Pour into “cake pop” molds

Bake in oven at approximately 350F until dough is not sticky with toothpick

Melt The Good Chocolate (either in microwave in short blasts for 15 sec, or use a hair drier !!)

Dip cake pops in melted chocolate and let chocolate cool.

Voila! Enjoy these cake pops for any occasion, not just dessert!
