In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil, milk syrup and extract.
Stir in the almond flour, protein and coconut thoroughly.
Place the mixture in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or until it slightly hardens.
In another small dish, microwave the chocolate down to liquid form (add coconut oil if needed).
Using a tbsp or spoon scoop out cookie dough into a tray or sheet.
Drizzle over with chocolate.
